Arrival and departure

Check-In 14:00 to 18:00 / Check-Out until 10:30. For early check-ins or late check-outs please contact the reception. Arrival Sunday: only possible from 13:00 to 14:00.

Offers / Reservation

Offers made by us or the corresponding rooms will be blocked for you 24 hours after the offer has been made. If we do not receive any feedback from you 24 hours after the offer has been made, we will release the rooms again.

Arrangements

Services included in the arrangements, but not consumed, cannot be refunded.

Boutique-Hotel

The marketing term Boutique-Hotel describes personally run, individual, small hotels, as they have also become increasingly common in Europe since the beginning of the century. Boutique hotels are generally distinguished from large hotels and chain hotels by the more personal design of the architecture, furnishings and outdoor facilities; they are often located in unusual, elaborately renovated historic buildings. The service is usually also more personal and characterised by an individual handwriting, as these hotels are usually run by the owner.

Breakfast

Breakfast time is from 08:00 to 10:00. If you have booked a apartment without breakfast, you can use the in-house bread service on request. If you decide in advance to take part in the breakfast buffet, you will be charged 15,00 € per person/day. Children up to 14 years have breakfast for 5,00 €/child/day.

Gift voucher

Surprise your loved ones with a gift voucher from RAUSZEIT. We will be happy to assist you in putting together an individual arrangement.

Hotel Garni

Not everyone is familiar with this term. It doesn't matter - we'll gladly explain it to you: A Hotel garni is a hotel business that offers accommodation, breakfast and a selection of drinks, while the classic restaurant business is missing.

Dogs

Your well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room. We charge 10,00 € per night for your four-legged friend. In case of heavy soiling or damage, we reserve the right to charge further costs.

Internet - Wifi

Throughout the hotel, you can access the WLAN free of charge via a hotspot.

Lounge/Bar

Unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer you a bar/lounge area for technical reasons. But: the planning is in place, so we expect implementation in the next 2 years. However, Willingen has a nice selection of gastronomic establishments to offer. There is something for everyone here.

Parking

The hotel has plenty of its own free parking spaces directly behind the house. For motorcyclists we offer a bike garage.

Prices

All prices are in euros. Plus the local spa tax of 2,50 € per person (older than 14 years) and night.

PrivateSpa

You can book the PrivatSpa (1.5 hours exclusively for you) for € 30.00 / use. Bathrobe & towels included. For a stay of 3 nights, the use is generally 1 x free of charge. For a stay of 5 nights or more, use is 2 x free of charge. The reservation is made at the reception.

Smoking

We ask for your indulgence that smoking is not permitted in the entire hotel area. Smoking on the balcony as well as in our "smokehouse" is permitted, but should be limited in consideration of the predominantly non-smoking guests.

Shuttle service for hikers

As we are a certified hiking and biking hotel, we are happy to take you free of charge to the entry and exit points of your hiking tour within a radius of 3 km. For all further journeys we charge an additional fee, unless you have booked a hiking package.

Cancellation conditions:

Cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free of charge.
For cancellations from the 30th to the 14th day before arrival, 50% of the agreed full price will be charged.
For cancellations from the 14th to the 7th day before arrival, 70% of the agreed full price will be charged.
In case of cancellation 6-3 days before arrival, 90 % of the agreed full price will be charged.
Cancellations 2 days prior to arrival and no-shows will be charged at 100%.
In case of early departure, the room rate for the remaining nights will be charged.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
Please do not forget to take out travel cancellation insurance! This also covers quarantine cases!

COVID-19:
Should our hotel be closed due to official regulations, you will not incur any cancellation costs at any time.
If you fall ill or have to go into quarantine, your travel cancellation insurance will take effect. You submit the certificate together with your cancellation invoice to your insurance company.
